Unlike traditional leases, car subscriptions are ultra-flexible. Vehicles can be taken from 1 month (best prices from 90 days plus) and off hired with just 5 working days notice using our RETURNS REQUEST FORM.

Unlike tradition 2/3/4 year car leases, a car subscription is much more flexible. We just require 5 working days notice to return or swap your vehicle, with no early termination charges.
All payments include rental, maintenance, servicing, road fund licence, manufacturers warranty and breakdown assistance. All you need to provide is a fully comprehensive fleet policy and fuel/electric.

Van Subscriptions
Yes, it is even possible to subscribe to a Commercial Vehicle with Cocoon Vehicles. We have a great range of vans from small LCV’s such as the Peugeot Partner up to the larger vans including the Mercedes Sprinter.
Some of our vans can also be used by Courier companies (subject to additional terms).
All of the van subscriptions come with the usual maintenance and servicing, manufacturers roadside assistance, manufacturers warranty and road fund licence.
In-Stock Commercial Vehicles

No, depending on your vehicle as well as business use, the vehicles can be used for social, domestic and commuting.
Vehicles can be used for business and personal use whether the car is a pool car, company car or salary sacrifice.
Vehicles may not be available to certain industries these include anything that may be classed as “Hire & Reward” and sub-letting of the vehicles is forbidden.
We would highly recommend speaking to your accountant to discuss Benefit-in-Kind (BIK) or tax implications including the claiming back of VAT.

Yes, as part of the UK’s government to incentivise electric vehicle take-up, the Benefit in Kind rates are lower for Electric Vehicles.
This makes running an Electric Car as a company vehicle much more beneficial than a Hybrid or Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) car.
Yes, all of our agreements whether personal or business include VAT invoices for the services that we offer.
These are sent out electronically every month and will details the vehicle and the payment period.
For those with 10 vehicles or more, we offer consolidated invoices for rental payments. We produce the invoice on the 21st of every month and debit this from your nominated payment mandate on the 28th of the month.
Yes, Congestion Charges along with any other road toll charges (eg. Dart CHarge, M6 Toll) will be payable during your agreement.
If your vehicle is based in London, we would highly recommend the Congestion Charge Autopay Service. We can add you to this service for a nominal fee and on-going admin fee.
