Our experienced underwriters will look at your business but will also take into account the Directors to ensure that the risks are minimised. Additional documents and information may be required, they may also ask for a refundable deposit or bond to be held on account.
We will ask for the following as a minimum:
General Information
- Company Details: Including name, address, company registration number, annual turnover, etc
- Directors Details: Including name, date of birth, address, marital status, tenure, etc
- Business Bank Details: Including bank name, sort code, account number, any borrowings, etc
Minimum Information/Documents Required
- Signing Directors Driving Licence/Passport
- Signing Directors Utility Bill
- 3 Months Business Bank Statements

We have the following leasing and subscription options available to new start-up businesses, not all will be available to all customers:
A truly flexible alternative to traditional car leasing. Our car subscriptions can be taken from 1 month, with our best prices unlocked at 90 days or more (vehicle specific).
We run a number of premium brand vehicles including those from Audi, BMW, Land Rover, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Polestar, Porsche, Skoda, Tesla, Volkswagen and Volvo.

Short-term car leases are a great solution if you don’t mind some commitment. We offer a range of contract lengths with 6-month and 12-month contracts being our most popular.
We run some fantastic brands on our short term leasing agreements and you can add maintenance for true fixed cost motoring.
Not all new startup businesses will qualify for our short-term leases due to the nature of the product.
We offer both Van Subscriptions and Short-Term Van Leases to new startup business owners in the UK. With many of the vehicles being brand new or nearly new.
We try and run the most popular models such as the Volkswagen Transporter, Volkswagen Crafter and the Ford Transit range.
Couriers may opt for the Van Subscriptions and come with a generous mileage allowance and maintenance as standard. Couriers are not eligible for our short-term van leases.

To qualify for a new startup business program, you must be classed as one of the following:
- Limited Company
- Sole Trader
- Partnership
- Limited Liability Partnerships (LL)
- Public Limited Company (PLC)
Charity - Embassy
- VAT Registered Businesses
The information that you will be asked for will all depend on your business and personal credit status.
Every application is different and therefore the minimum we will ask for is:
- Signing Directors Driving Licence
- Signing Directors Utility Bill
- Last 3 Months Bank Statements for the business.
These must all be dated within the last 3 months and the utility bill cannot be accepted if this is a mobile phone bill or sky statement.
Yes, in all circumstances we will carry out credit checks. This is to comply with FCA requirements (where applicable) and anti-money laundering regulations.

The amount of vehicles you can take, will be down to the terms set out by the underwriters.
They usually give you a credit limit per month which you can spend, but may also restrict the number of vehicles you can have in any one time.
