Contract Black-Out Periods
As we are a family business and have members of staff with younger families, we’re a huge promoter of taking advantage of this time. Therefore, our longer office closures are usually over half-term, which traditionally is a quieter time for our business.
Blackout periods are where it is not possible to have your vehicle collected, these form part of your contract. It effectively applies to our flexible car lease fleet, as we try not to offer fixed contracts if they fall within these blackout periods.
Blackout periods are dates that fall into the criteria as set out above, these are the dates where the office is closed and we cannot process returns. All return forms will be processed on the next working day after these dates working with the 5 working days notice.
We always try and give as much notice as possible on these dates and it is a really good idea to bookmark this page for future reference. We will try and include these dates on our email footer messages, on our blog and in our newsletters.

We’re proud that our short-term car lease and car subscription services have come in handy yet again to so many customers including essential workers like employees for the NHS, Police Forces and many more.
It is an annual tradition to close the office for an additional week over Christmas and New Year, our quietest period.
Christmas and New Year Opening Hours
The offices will close at 1pm on Friday 22nd December 2023 and will remain closed until 9am on Monday 8th January 2024.
Emails and phone calls will not be responded to until Monday 8th January 2024 when the office will re-open.
Please Note. That any returns/collections/off-hires will not be possible during the close of business between 22nd December 2023 and Monday 8th January 2024. All requests made via the RETURN REQUEST FORM will be dealt with once we have reopened on Monday 8th January 2024.
Should you wish to arrange a collection/return, the last time we can accept the Online Returns Form Submission prior to Christmas is Monday 11th December 2023.

Maintenance and Out of Hours Procedure
Should the service light illuminate on your vehicle on the dates that we are closed, please DO NOT book your car/van in for a service during this period as we will not be able to authorise any of the work carried out.
Please ensure that your car/van is booked in for a service as soon as possible after our re-opening dates to ensure that the dealership or service centre receives the correct authorisation.
If your vehicle is already booked in for service work on these dates, please contact the dealership or service centre prior to the closing date to authorise any work to be carried out.
You may be liable for any work carried out, should the instructions not be followed.
