Owning or leasing a commercial vehicle isn’t the right option for every business. As we know, courier trade can be seasonal and we’re here to make renting a courier van even easier.
Utilising our flexible van subscription fleet, we can provide courier firms new or nearly new commercial vehicles from 1-month to 1-year, all on flexible terms.
Hand it back at anytime!
When we say flexible, the term really is flexible. All we require to hand the vehicle back is at least 5 working days notice. If you’ve already paid for the month ahead, we’ll credit back the difference on a pro-rata basis at the end of contract stage.
You only pay for the time you have the vehicle.
Unlock our best rates!
Take the vehicle for the mnimum qualifying period (from 90 days) to unlock our best possible rates, you also then get free delivery in England & Wales.
Account Facilities!
It is really easy to set-up a credit line with Cocoon Vehicles, just complete an online application form and send off the relevant documents and information to our experienced underwriters.
They will then set the credit limit and the terms. On top of this, you will also be able to use your credit line with our short-term car subscription service as well.
If you have more than 10 vehicles, we can put you on our consolidated invoice system. One invoice with all of your monthly rentals on 1 document.
Latest Vehicles
Low Deposits
Depending on your terms, we require a minimum of £1,000 refundable deposit to be held on file. This is refundable at the end of your van subscription depending on the condition of the vehicle. (Subject to return conditions)

All you need to provide is fully comprehensive insurance (fleet policies excepted) and keep the vehicle within the mileage parameters. If you are a courier business, you must supply a COURIER INSURANCE POLICY to ensure that you and the vehicle are covered correctly.

Can I increase the mileage?
Whilst all of our vans come with a generous mileage allowance, we also understand that it will not suit all companies. We can offer mileage packages of up to 6,000 miles per month.
