“Just had my first car subscription delivered from Cacoon and it won’t be the last. The process from start to finish was so easy and Rebecca was on hand to help me when I needed questions answering. The car is brand spanking new and only had 100 miles on the clock, the handover was really thorough and the driver went through the controls as I’d never had an electric car before. He also made sure I was happy with the condition of the car. Whereas normally you wouldn’t hear from anyone again, Rebecca again touched base to make sure everything had gone through smoothly and told me when I should expect the payments to leave my account, she also helped me get a parking permit by supplying a letter.
