“Cocoon Vehicles have given me a great all-round service. Not only did I have the use of a brand new, beautiful car, but the ladies in the office went above and beyond, to help and guide me through the set up process. The delivery driver was on time, professional and even cheerful.. All of the financial set up/ paperwork was straight forward and quick. Once I had booked in for my car to be returned, all the paperwork and details were arranged without any fuss, by girls in the office. My collection and return took ten minutes and was all done by another wonderful driver, who arrived early, was quick and professional, with yet another cheerful smile. After my car accident and all the hassle of going through the insurance and getting a new car ordered, to have a company look after me for the 90 days, till my own car arrived was a huge relief. Cocoon have really made an effort to provide everything I needed, without charging me the earth. I cannot thank them enough or recommend them more highly.”
