“The team at Cocoon are the best leasing company we have ever dealt with. Coming from UAE in 2020, we needed a short term car solution. Having contacted many companies, who weren’t very good at responding to enquiries, nor seemed interested as we were non UK residents at that time, Rebecca and Rhys responded quickly and efficiently to our enquiry, they were pro active and looked at our circumstances with common sense and were a breath of fresh air. We have now renewed our lease for next year due to the quality of service received. They always respond to our emails quickly and nothing has been a problem. I would not use anyone else now as I haven’t dealt with any other company who were as customer centric and eager to win business. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for quality cars at good prices, purely on the level of service I have received and the fact they actively seek to provide a solution that is based upon individual circumstances and that go the extra mile to win your business.”
