So today, we thought we’d cover the various options and packs available and what they offer.
Pilot Pack
Pilot Assist
Pilot Assist is ideal fot hose who burn quite a few miles on the UK's motorway network, it helps keep the driver in the centre of a driving lane by utulising on-board camera and radar system.
Emergency Stop Assist
When the Pilot Assist is on, the Polestar 2 make sounds to alert you if it senses anything irregular about your driving. The warnings will get louder if you don't do anything and of no input is received from the driver, the car will come to a stop automatically, activate the hazard lights and even dial 999.
360 Camera with Park Assist
Easily see the 4 corners of your vehicle with the 360 degree camera. Utilising lights and sensors, as well as cameras to give you a true picture of where your Polestar 2 is placed.
Blind Spot Assist
The Blind Spot Information System (BLIS) detects vehicles that are about to pass and shows a warning light on the mirror. If the driver attempts to switch lanes, the steer assist function guides the car back into the lane.
Cross Traffic Alert with Auto Braking
When you're reversing out a driveway, parking space or around a corner, Cross Traffic Alert warns about any incoming cars, cyclists or people. If the driver continues to reverse, the car will automatically apply the brakes.
Automatic Dimming Exterior Mirrors
The automatic dimming function reduces the dazzle from bright lights, making objects in the mirrors more distinct and improving visibility.
Plus Pack
Panoramic Roof
The panoramic roof on the Polestar 2 is a welcome edition, it is full length and makes the car feel light, airy and spacious. ON top of the extra light, it also cuts out a quoted 99.5% of UV radiation. No sunblind is included with this option.
Harman Kardon Premium Sound
The Harmon Kardon Premium Sound System in the Polestar 2 has 600-watts of high-quality audio through 13 speakers. The system uses advanced tuning software to eliminate any sonic imperfections.
LED Front Fog Lights with Cornering Function
LED front fog lights do more than enhance visibility in fog—they also illuminate corners. At speeds under 19 mph, the left or right light activates while turning, helping you better navigate bends and junctions.
Bio-attibuted MicroTech in Charcoal
MicroTech combines bio-based vinyl with a recycled polyester backing, offering a soft yet durable, fully vegan material. Its contemporary quilt-block pattern adds a modern touch.
Fully-Electric Front Seats
The Plus pack features two fully electric front seats, enabling effortless adjustment for optimal driving comfort. Intuitive seat-shaped controls make positioning simple, while multi-directional lumbar support promotes a natural, relaxed posture.
High-Level Interior Illumination
It's the small details that elevate the experience—like the crisp white ambient lighting that enhances the cabin's atmosphere.
Air Quality
Take a literal breath of fresh air. The advanced air quality system monitors for pollutants and pollen, automatically adjusting the cabin filter to help keep the air clean inside.
Polestar Digital Key
(May not be available on Subscription and Short-Term Leases) - The Polestar Digital Key enables you to use your latest smartphone to work as a car key, giving you access to the car just by grabbing the handle.
Power Operated Tailgate with Foot Sensor
A hands-free solution for when your hands are full—just kick beneath the rear bumper to activate the sensor and automatically open the tailgate.
Rear Floor "lid in Lid" with Bag Holder
Yes, they have thought of everything. This foldable piece pops up so you can place shopping bags or secure other items in place, such as a 5G router or cooler.
Climate Pack
Energy Saving Heat Pump
Waste heat doesn’t have to go to waste. The heat pump uses excess thermal energy from the battery, electric motors, and surrounding air to efficiently warm the cabin—helping to extend driving range by conserving battery power.
Heated Rear Seats
The rear seats in the Polestar 2 are crafted with the same ergonomic care as those in the front. For added comfort, the outer seats can be upgraded with electric heating and individual temperature controls—because comfort should be shared.
Heated Steering Wheel
The heated steering wheel is a welcome addition to those who drive throughout winter. It can be programmed on the system to pre-heat to help get you on the road quicker.
Heated Wiper Nozzles
The frost won't effect your ability to clear the windows with the Polestar 2's heated wiper nozzles.
Pro Pack
20-inch Pro graphite wheels
With their bold lines and multi-faceted surfaces, these grey cast alloy wheels make a strong performance statement—even at a standstill. A single glance says it all, though we won’t blame you for taking a longer look (when it’s safe, of course).
Black seatbelt with Swedish gold stripe
Polestar redefines the standard with seat belts that make a statement—sleek black, accented by a distinctive Swedish gold stripe.
Swedish gold valve caps
The valve caps are finished in Swedish gold, a nod to the performance-oriented nature and Scandinavian heritage of Polestar 2.
Performance Pack
Only available on the Polestar 2 Long Range Dual Motor
Performance Software Upgrade
Elevated performance, instant response. The performance software upgrade boosts motor output to 350 kW (469 bhp) and torque to 740 Nm (546 lbf-ft). Launch control delivers full power from a standstill, while the integrated Performance app lets you monitor g-force and acceleration in real time.
20" Performance Wheels
Crafted using a motorsport-inspired forging process, the alloy wheels are pressed instead of cast—enhancing strength and enabling more precise, intricate designs. Paired with specially developed Continental SportContact 6 tyres, they deliver exceptional handling and road grip.
Polestar Engineered Chassis Tuning
Refined performance meets pure driving engagement. The Polestar Engineered chassis offers meticulously tuned control, featuring manually adjustable Öhlins Dual Flow Valve dampers that maintain optimal road contact—whatever the surface or weather.
Brembo Brakes
Born from decades of motorsport expertise, Brembo brakes are engineered for uncompromising performance and safety. Ventilated, drilled discs and lightweight four-piston aluminium calipers deliver consistent, responsive braking at any temperature—while minimising weight, wear, noise, and dust.
Öhlins Dual Flow Valve dampers
Driven by a shared commitment to precision engineering, Polestar and suspension specialists Öhlins co-developed the DFV dampers for the Polestar 2. Adjustable across 22 settings, they adapt to any driving style—delivering exceptional grip, responsiveness, and balance.
Swedish Gold Accents
Finished in signature Swedish gold, the brake calipers, seat belts, and valve caps reflect both the performance focus and Scandinavian roots of the Polestar 2.
