Here at Cocoon we know that our customers have busy lives and that’s why we’re always trying to make paying for our vehicles as simple as possible.
Although we’ve been offering a Direct Debit facility for a long time now, we’ve recently joined forces with another Direct Debit provider in the hope that it will make paying for our short term leased vehicles much more straight forward for our customers.
The new Cocoon Direct Debit system will inform customers via email the date of which their next Direct Debit will be taken. This will enable the customer to ensure that there are sufficient funds in their account on the date the direct debit is due thus avoiding bounced Direct Debits and accruing possible charges.
The new system will also allow customers to manage their Direct Debits online. Customers will be able to set up their Direct Debits online taking the hassle away from completing paperwork and posting it to the office. The paper based version however will still be offered if requested.
Going forward customers will also receive an email about Direct Debits taken for Penalty Charge Notices (PCN). The email will state the date on which this deduction will be made from a customer’s account and this will come alongside an electronic invoice from Cocoon.
