What licences are accepted?
We accept most driving licences from across the globe including USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. We also accept all EU driving licences. It is important to make sure that you are aware of how long you can use your foreign licence in the UK, before swapping it.
Depending on your licence you may be required to take a UK driving test, some in maybe a matter of just applying for a UK driving licence and surrendering your foreign one.
How much does it cost?
You’ll be happy to know that the monthly price will never differ from those advertised on our website, but you may be restricted to certain makes and models, Refundable deposits are usually payable and we also charge a higher Documentation Fee due to the high costs of credit checking in a foreign country.
What will I need to provide?
To apply for a credit line with Cocoon Vehicles, you will need to send through a minimum of the following documents/information:
- Copy of Driving Licence
- Copy of Passport
- Residential Details for the UK
- Employment Details for the UK
- Visa/Immigration information for the UK
