Can you subscribe month-by-month or are you locked in?
With our car subscription service, vehicles can be taken for as little as 1-month, but we start discounting our prices when you commit to 90 days plus. But, even if you commit to a 6 month minimum qualifying period, if you need to send the car back early, this isn’t a problem and you just pay the higher rental as per your signed agreement. Once the minimum term has passed, the vehicle continues month-to-month until you complete a return vehicle request. We also only charge you for the time you’re in the vehicle, unlike other car subscription providers.
All-inclusive Costs
Are insurance, maintenance, road tax, breakdown cover included?
We don’t include the insurance with our car subscription service, we feel that the policies offered by the providers don’t meet the needs, requirements and costs when it comes to our customer base.

The majority of the vehicles we offer are brand new or pre-registered, we do offer vehicles that have been previously hired and we do try and mark these used cars on our vehicle listings where we can.
The manufacturers we offer include: Audi, BMW, Cupra, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Skoda, Volvo and Volkswagen with cars of all shapes and sizes from hatchbacks to luxury SUV’s, we’re sure you won’t be disappointed with our selection.
Pricing Transparency
No hidden fees and clear cost structure
We’re working hard to make sure that every bit of information is available for new and existing customers on our website. We’re currently working on a new website which will allow the change of mileage and length of contract commitment, so customers can see what the costs are without having to pick up the phone, email us or drop us a WhatsApp.
When it comes to contract information, we provide the details on each of the vehicles on our website with clear instructions on what you need to do before, during and at the end of the contract.
When it comes to in-contract charges, our ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT page offers access to our Advice of Charges, Return Standards and other areas such as requesting a VE103B for taking your vehicle abroad. We also list on there what is included with maintenance packages and how much we charge for missing fuel when you return your vehicle.

Delivery/Collection
Can they deliver/pickup nationwide?
We can delivery your car subscription vehicle to a home or office in England, Wales or Scotland, if you commit to the minimum qualifying term this may be included in the price of the vehicle.
At the end of the contract you are free to return the vehicle back to our specified de-fleet centre or we can collect the vehicle for a nominal charge. If you are having a new car from the same supplier on the same day, collection of your old car is free of charge.
