We’re always evolving here at Cocoon Vehicles and never afraid to change with the times or change processes to help internally and with our customers. We’re recently invested in having Fleetworks added to work alongside our already trusty Prohire Rental Software system.
Fleetworks is a portal that helps save time and headaches when processing penalty charge notices. It uses API’s to submit the tickets electronically receiving receipts via the system and email. Where a ticket provider doesn’t provide an electronic way of submission, the system produces the paperwork ready to print to send via Royal Mail.
What does it mean for hirers?
The process of processing a PCN is still slow, this is mainly down to the way our vehicles are funded. But once we receive the ticket in our office, this can be processed using Fleetworks quickly and efficiently, it’s even better if you are one of our business customers who also runs Fleetworks (See Below).
We can process the ticket, invoice the administration fee and not have to worry about any missing details or issues that may arise. We get confirmation that the ticket has been represented and you will receive the ticket in the post in your details.
Business Customers
For those businesses who run car and van fleets, Fleetworks can help you assign and represent tickets that you may receive. The system can also pay any tickets that are non-assignable and the record of transactions is kept online.
Customers of Cocoon Vehicles can see these tickets that have been represented, so you know exactly what to expect in the post. If you process less than 5 tickets per month, the system is free and you can even sign up for a free trial.
