It is really easy to pay your initial payment to Cocoon Vehicles, we accept the following:
- BACS (Bank Details Provided on Request)
- CHAPS (Bank Details Provided on Request)
- Instant Payment (Via Open Banking)
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- American Express (AMEX)
We do not accept:
- Cheque Payments
- Cash Payments
BACS/CHAPS
We always prefer BACS or CHAPS payments, this costs us the least to process and helps us keep our prices competitive. If you would like to pay via this method, please contact our team who will provide you with the relevant details.
Instant Payment
Instant Payment is a relatively new way of making a secure payment via the Open Banking platform. We provide you with a link where you enter your banking credentials and the payment shows in our merchant account in minutes, please speak to the team for further details.
Credit Card
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amercian Express Credit Cards in Personal and Business names. If your card is a commercial card, we may levy a fee as per our advice of charges.
Debit Card
We accept Visa and Mastercard Debit cards in Personal and Business names, there is no charge for paying via this form of payment method.
Amercian Express (AMEX)
We welcome payments via American Express Credit, Commercial or Charge Cards. We do not levy any fees for paying with this method.
Monthly Payments
All monthly payments must be made via Direct Debit, a payment mandate must remain in place at all times. We will also require a backup card to be stored securely on our Stripe system, this is in case of any payment failures or additional charges.
