You may be required to pay a refundable deposit depending on your credit status. This will be set by our underwriters along with your credit limit.
The refundable deposit will be held for the duration of your contract and will be refunded within 28 days of your vehicle being returned. It may not be used against any collection charges or administration charges.
If you owe money, we may set deposits against the amount due to ourselves. If there is a balance left over, this will be refunded back to you.
All deposits are returned to the bank details of where your Direct Debit is set up. We may check these details with you.
