We us an external company to handle our Direct Debit collections, as with all Direct Debits we give you an approximate date of extraction but this can change depending on your bank, when a weekend falls or bank holidays.
The first direct debit will usually be debited from your nominated account 1 month from the date of delivery, if you would like to change the date of when this is taken we may require an ad-hoc payment to change the date.
With PCN or administration charges, the DIrect Debit is usually debited 5 days from the date of invoice.
