We are continually improving our service with the help of custom-built CRM services and change processes as we actively learn from any mistakes we make or customer feedback.

Before getting your car...

We have a wide range of services mainly focusing on short-term leases, these include:

Whether your an individual who just needs a temporary vehicle due to a new vehicle order delay or you are a business who needs a solution for a new-start employee on their probation period. You might even be an Expat or is coming over to the UK, but you’re struggling to get finance for a car lease. WE CAN HELP!

During the lease period...

Our hire agreements are in place to protect both parties, but the aim is to supply our customers with a vehicle and keep you mobile.

Our team are on hand to answer any questions you may have during the contract, whether you’re missing an invoice, received a parking ticket or you need help with servicing.

When you’re nearing the end of a fixed contract, or you are in one of our flexible leases or car subscriptions, our team are on hand to help.

After the vehicle has gone back...

If your vehicle has been returned to ourselves or one of our suppliers, we’re hoping you’re in another Cocoon Vehicles vehicle.

We pride ourselves on our transparent end of contratc process but to put it in a nutshell. Your vehicle will undergo further inspections once it has come back. The team will usually be in touch within 28 days after your vehicle has been returned to let you know if there are any further charges, we’d prefer it if there weren’t.

We treat each vehicle as if it is our own, therefore, if we feel the supplier has charged for something we don’t agree with or the costs don’t match up, we usually question this before we let you know about it.
