Therefore, any phone calls will be answered by our telephone answering service Answer4U and queries will be dealt with on our return on Thursday 4th June 2020.
Emails will not be received and will not be replied back to until Thursday 4th June 2020.
What will happen with my enquiry?
If you have enquired via the Cocoon Vehicles website, then we will endeavour to come back to you as soon as we can on our return. If you require a price for a vehicle, our up to date pricelists can be found on the highlighted link.
I have made an application, will there be a delay?
Whilst we have the final decision on the underwriting in the Cocoon Vehicles office, we utilise and external underwriter who currently processes all of our applications.
Therefore, the underwriting email inbox will be monitored by this team and any information required will be requested as normal.
I have an issue with my vehicle?
In the unlikely event that your car or van has an issue, then the vehicles are covered by a breakdown assistance service. Details of who to call can be found on the highlighted link.
If your vehicle is booked in for maintenance and requires authorisation, details of this can be found with the vehicle or in the email explaining the maintenance procedure.
I need to make a payment?
Our online payment services are still open via our website and you can make a payment by Credit or Debit card using the following link: Make a Payment
