Our sales team and fleet administration team will keep in touch to arrange a suitable time for collection from the specified fleet centre.

If you want the car delivered, we will arrange a suitable date. Our delivery slots are between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a time, but we do provide an ETA on the morning of the delivery and a call 1 hour before.

When collecting your car or when you are having a car delivered, please ensure that you have your photographic ID with you.

As our car subscription service works on a rolling monthly contract, we just require 5 working days notice to return your vehicle.

If you are close to your Direct Debit or payment date, another payment could come out, but we only charge you for the time that you have been in the car.

All of our car subscription services will be subject to a credit check and verification checks. This is to comply with FCA and anti-money laundering regulations.

We also search national databases of hirers provided by Hireguard and the BVRLA.

In the unlikely event that your car does develop a fault, you are covered by the manufacturers breakdown assistance and details will be available in our booklets in the vehicles.

Also, all cars are covered by the manufacturers warranty.

You can keep this car for up to months. At which point a member of the team will be in touch to discuss an alternative vehicle.

The minimum time you can keep this vehicle is 1 month, you must inform give us 5 working days notice to send your car back.

We allow you to take a car subscription if you are a business. All of our displayed prices include VAT, however, quotes are available excluding the VAT.

We provide VAT invoices on a monthly basis. Some businesses may also be allowed to claim part of the VAT back as well as 100% of the VAT from the maintenance element.

Only you can answer this, but if you’re looking for a flexible way to run a car with the option to pause, upgrade or downgrade, then a car subscription is for you.

If you can commit to 90 days or more, then a Flexible Car Lease may be better for you.

Our experienced underwriters will look at all circumstances, this includes those with defaults and missed payments, non-status, Expats, overseas workers coming the the UK, Ex-bankrupt and those with CCJ’s and IVA’s.

Please do make us aware at the time of application, as we need to base the application on affordability and stability. The terms offered may differ from those advertised on our website. You do pay a documentation fee, but you also get delivery in England and Wales included as part of the agreement. You also may receive a higher mileage agreement.

Wear & Tear happens when you drive your vehicle, but this is not to be confused with damage resulting from impact, negligence or accident damage.
