Lamborghini is an Italian Luxury Sports Car Manufacturer founded on the 30th October 1963 by Ferruccio Lamborghini but aqquired by VW group in September 1963.

Lamborghini is famous for a wide range of vehicles over its history including the Miura Sports Coupe which was Rear Mid-Engined with Rear Wheel Drive, they also had the Countach and a high performance off-road vehicle called the LM002.

Lamborghini has been ownd by a number of people and companies over they years, including its founder Ferruccio from 1963 to 1972, Georges-Henri Rossetti and Rene Leimer from 1972 to 1977, Lamborghini dropped into receivership between 1977 and 1984 and Patrick Mimran took over between 1984 and 1987. Then along came the larger manufacturers with Chrysler owning Lambo between 1987 and 1994, Megatech between 1994 and 1995, V’Power and Mycom Sedtco between 1995 and 1998, and eventually Audi AG (VW Group) from 1999 to present.

Their current car line up includes the Aventador and the V10 powered Huracan, the former is available as a Coupe and a Roadster, where as the Huracan is currently only available as a Coupe (Correct as of 21st July 2014).
