What are all-inclusive options?
Utilising our car subscription fleet, we offer a flexible approach to traditional leasing:
1-Month Commitment
No more long-term commitments, all we ask for is a 1-month minimum commitment on our vehicle subscription vehicles, but unlock the best prices by taking the vehicle for our 'minimum qualifying commitment' - Usually 90 days plus
Easy Payment Options
Pay your initial rental by company credit/debit card and then the rentals via Direct Debit. If you have more than 10 or more vehicles, benefit from consolidated invoicing.
Insurance
Use your existing fleet policy to cover all of the car subscriptions on your account. Just make sure that the vehicle registration number (VWM) is showing on the AskMID database.
Servicing
The majority of our car subscription fleet includes maintenance & servicing for at least 12 months if not longer. The only additional costs you may incur is damage.
Breakdown Assistance
Manufacturers breakdown assistance is included with the cost of your car subscription, once expired you can add this yourself or add this to your rental as an option. All numbers are displayed on our account pages.
Road Fund Licence
Road tax is included for the duration of your vehicle subscription, so nothing to worry about when it comes to renewal. We also do not charge extra for this element on our invoices unlike other companies.
Mileage Allowance
We offer generous mileage allowances on all of our car subscription services, with a minimum of at least 500 miles. On some vehicles we can offer mileages up to 6,000 miles per month, just ask us for a quote.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are the cars new?
We can’t guarantee that your car will be brand-new, but we do try and keep our stock as new as possible.
Our cars on offer are typiucally no older than 12 months, although we do run electric vehicles and those harder to resale a little longer.
We do tell you if the car has been used before and you may find that a car hasn’t been out before and has delivery mileage, even if it is on an older plate.
All of our cars when returned, undergo a thorough inspection process, to ensure that there’s no damage or issues before the car is delivered to you.
Specific details and/or registration cannot be guaranteed until closer to your delivery date, but we always let you know in plenty of time.
Are there any additional charges?
When you take out a vehicle subscription with Cocoon Vehicles, you’ll pay a documentation fee for each car along with the first months rental. If our underwriters have requested a refundable deposit as part of your terms, this will also be payable.
The documentation includes the cost of delivery in England & Wales when you commit to the minimum qualifying period. Collection charges are payable if you choose to allow us to collect your vehicle, although if you take another car on the same day from the same supplier, we will wave this fee.
Other fees apply throughout your subscription, these include overages, PCN’s and damages, you can view these by clicking our ADVICE OF CHARGES link.
How do I check availability?
We try and keep our availability up-to-date on our website, these will show as:
In-Stock
These vehicles are showing as in physical stock and we usually have more than 5 available.
Limited Availability
These are vehicles where we only have 1 or 2 and are open to other customers.
Pre-Order
These are vehicles that are either on order with the manufacturer/dealer or they are due back into stock in the not to distant future.
Please Call
We’re unsure of the availability of these vehicles, this could be because we have not received any updates from the manufacturers/dealers or that they aren’t showing any specific details on our system. It could be that the car has been allocated to a customer and not yet delivered.
Waiting List
These are for our most popular makes/models, we operate waiting lists and should the vehicles become available, we will contact those on the lists to offer the vehicles.
Availability Categories
How quickly can a vehicle be delivered?
If the vehicle is showing as in physical stock and has the reference GL or GPC, they can usually be delivered in 3-5 working days when a credit line is in place. Those showing as CVC or MD can take between 7-10 days to be delivered.
Please note that all vehicles are subject to availability and a vehicle is not secured until a credit line is in place, we have received a signed order and received payment.
What are the requirements to sign up as a business customer?
You must be a valid business with a company registration number registered in England, Wales or Scotland. All businesses and/or Directors will have to be checked for compliance, more details of this can be found on this link: Credit Checks
There is no minimum order that you need to take, you can subscribe to 1 vehicle or 100+ vehicles.
New Start-up Businesses and those with overseas parent companies can also apply for a credit line.
