Breakdown Assistance
Should in the unfortunate event you require the services of the breakdown assistance. More details can be found in your vehicle’s windscreen, in our returns standards booklets or on our breakdown assistance page.
Maintenance and Out of Hours Procedure
Should the service light illuminate on your vehicle on the dates that we are closed, please DO NOT book your car/van in for a service during this period as we will not be able to authorise any of the work carried out.
Please ensure that your car/van is booked in for a service as soon as possible after our re-opening dates to ensure that the dealership or service centre receives the correct authorisation.
If your vehicle is already booked in for service work on these dates, please contact the dealership or service centre prior to the closing date to authorise any work to be carried out.
You may be liable for any work carried out, should the instructions not be followed.
Contract Blackout Periods
As part of your contract, there will be Blackout Periods stipulated where you will not be able to return the vehicle. Please visit our Blackouts page using the button below for more information.
