BMW M3 Touring Option Packs
When purchasing or leasing a BMW M3 Touring, adding option packs can make a real difference in specification and costs. It is really important you choose the right packs either for you driving the car but don’t forget to choose packs that can add value to the car when you’re ready to sell it.
M Pro Pack
- M Carbon Ceramic Brakes with Gold Calipers
- M Driver's Pack
The M Pro Pack includes the M Carbon ceremic brakes with the calipers painted in gold along with the M Driver’s pack which increases the top-speed to a (where permitted) 180mph, although it is worth noting that this isn’t available until the running-in inspection has been carried out by the BMW dealer.
M Carbon Pack
- M Carbon Exterior Package
- M carbon bucket seats
The M Carbon Pack includes the M Carbon Exterior Package covering the mirror caps, rear spoiler, side inlets in the front bumper and rear diffuser. The pack also adds the amazing M Carbon bucket seats.
Visibility Pack
- Laserlights
We’re not quite sure why this is classed as a pack as it only includes one item, the Laserlights. This is a great option for those who do a lot of night driving adding to the already excellent LED headlight technology you usually get from BMW.
Technology Plus Pack
- Drive Recorder
- Driving Assistant Professional
- Parking Assistant Plus
The Technology Plus Pack includes a couple of options that may not be suited to everyone. The driver recorded is like having a built in dashcam capturing any situations that you may find yourself in. Videos can be exported to USB and it saves data such as speed and GPS co-ordinates.
Driving Assistant Professional offers additional items such as active cruise control, distance control and the popular Stop&Go function. Lane departure warning detects lane markings and vibrates the steering wheel for the driver to correct the car.
Parking Assistant Plus helps with parking the vehicle. Along with cameras and parking sensors around the car. Surround view gives you a birdseye view of the area around the vehicle. Remote view allows you to see the cameras from the BMW app.

- M Driver's Pack
As already explained above, the M Driver’s Pack increases the top speed (where legally permitted) to 180mph, this is activated once the running-in inspection.
Comfort Pack

- Extended Storage Contents
- Heated Steering Wheel
Comfort pack adds comfort access that allows keyless entry to the car, you can also activate on the infotainment system the intelligent automatic unlocking which will lock/unlock the car when you are within close proximity of the car.
Extended Storage Contents adds automated sliding and anti-slip rails making loading luggage and items in the boot easier.
Finally, the heated steering wheel is added. No explanation required for this and it is a welcome option.
