Cocoon Vehicles Customer Checklist

As a customer of Cocoon Vehicles, there are a few things that will need to be in place, prior to the receipt of your vehicle. Please follow the checklist below to make sure that all of the items below have been fulfilled.

 

 

1. Sent Contracts have been Signed and returned.

You are required to sign all contract documents prior to delivery of your vehicle; you will have received an email with the contract for your vehicle, this contract will be able to be signed digitally.

 

2. Set Up Direct Debit

You will need to make sure that you have a Direct Debit place for you vehicle.

3. Vehicle Insurance

You will need to provide your own insurance for the vehicle, this will need to be Full Comprehensive insurance and your insurance provider will need to know that it is a hire/lease vehicle. They must also be aware that you are not the owner of the vehicle.
